Instead of using just "have to", you can use "have got to". So, let's go: Se você quiser dizer "eu tenho que ir", você pode falar: I have to go. Ou simplesmente você pode falar: I have got to go / I've got to go (usando a contração de have) / I gotta go (maneira informal). Both have the same meaning. Se você dizer: "I have to go" ou "I have got to go", ambas estarão corretas. It's just another way to say it. Se você quiser usar o "have got to" na terceira pessoa do singular, então: She has got to do the laundry. She's got to do the laundry. He has got to play football/soccer with all his friends. He's got to play football/soccer with all his friends. Esse verbo "have got" não tem forma negativa, exceto quando você pode utilizar uma gíria (slang): I don't gotta go now.
